About LINGYU
Dear Tuitee,
My name is Felix. I am a newly qualified teacher in Mandarin Chinese.
I studied Architecture in the university and worked in an infrastructure company for a few years until I started pursuing a career in teaching.
So far, I have worked in several school as a teaching assistant as well as a cover teacher. I am aware that the current curriculum really lack creativity as well as the differentiation to different inidviduals. But that is not a problem. With my expertise and my intercultural linguistic competence, I will make your learning more fun, more interactive, more meaningful and more productive. I am of Chinese extract, and I moved to England from China when I was 15. I have a wide range of hobbies with a genuine fascination in cultures and history. My goal in language tutoring is to ensure that tutee acquires one thing or two at a time and have the ability to recycle prior knowledge to their learning achieving genuine language acquisition.
