About Anita
I am currently a veterinary nurse studying to be a yoga teacher. I love having the ability to help others connect to their body and improve strength and flexibility. My yoga is mainly exercise based but slow paced, focusing on proper posture and muscle engagement too, prevent causing injury or stress too the spine and other important body parts, ligaments and tendons etc.

My teaching method is a slow approach to proper alignment within the body to prevent injury. I teach the class and demonstrate the poses; correct and adjust those who have the incorrect alignment. However if they have a previous injury and the correct alignment is only going to further aggravate the injury site I will not adjust but ask for them to come out of the pose safely and practice a less strenuous pose.
