In each of my classes, I seamlessly weave together the transformative elements of mindfulness yoga and meditation, creating a powerful fusion that nurtures both the strength of the mind and the resilience of the body. By integrating these two practices, I aim to guide participants on a holistic journey, encouraging the development of mental fortitude alongside physical well-being. Mindfulness yoga invites a heightened awareness of the present moment, allowing individuals to cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies, breath, and surroundings. Coupled with meditation, this combination becomes a potent tool for promoting not only physical strength and flexibility but also mental clarity, focus, and inner calm. Together, these practices offer a comprehensive approach to wellness, fostering a harmonious balance between the mind and body in every session.

Cristina is an amazing instructor. She’s really energetic and always keeps the class fun and engaging. She provides guidance with the poses, gives room for suggestions, and tries new things in class. No room for slacking though as she pushes us to our physical limits. I always look forward to her class every week.
Cristina is an amazing yoga instructor - she picks out things that are not quite right and helps you adjust them and grow in your yoga practice. She is super fun and makes every workout a heartfelt and warm experience, whilst working your body and mind. One of my absolute favorite teachers :)
