About Alyssa
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree of Music in Harp Performance. I have been teaching and tutoring for a few years now and I love it! I'm currently playing with the University of Utah Philharmonia orchestra and can provide orchestral help if needed as well. I really enjoy teaching harp and music theory. I want my students to LOVE and UNDERSTAND the music they are playing!

My teaching method for harp is influenced both by the Suzuki method and a more French style of learning. I want students to play pieces that will challenge them and that they enjoy practicing.
My teaching/ tutoring method for music theory is to help students really understand what they are learning!
