About Ritesh

3 years back, I had terrible panic attacks twice a month, insomnia, I hated my job, my relationships everything.

Then someone told me to try meditation. I started with 10 mins a day but soon realized there was something very deep there.

I started practising more and more and started to discover what the buddha and the great saints were talking about.

The deeper the realizations got, the better my life became. Healthier relationships, Enjoyable my work, and fulfilling interactions.

About the lesson

Each one of our spiritual paths and needs are different time to time.

The first step is working with your strength - Are you analytical, emotional, calm, chaotic

Next step is working on that strength to develop some concentration, heart opening, insight etc

Then we continue developing the other side - For e.g. My first 2 years I spent most of my time doing vipassana practice as I was an analytical person. The 3rd year became more about heart practices and developing emotionally.
