About Ronald
I have been coaching and directing actors for many years now in private and professional settings. My lessons are dynamic and surprising, without being abrasive for the sake of it. Too many coaches and directors lead from their own ego and I have never been interested in that. Let's approach the text together with fresh eyes and a curious heart and mind. That's where the good stuff begins.

I have coached many actors for theatre and film and enjoy the process of digging deeper and deeper in the text and external materials to find inspiration for scenes and auditions. I work from whatever each individual presents and try to go with everyone's individual instinct and deepen those choices as an actor. I also work on dialects.
Every part is a custom job. There are no shortcuts, but there are so many rewards and personal discoveries along the way to unlocking the text and forming a character. I want to bring out what is unique in you as an artist.
