About Tamara
I have a bubbly personality, I am always smiling and I make sure that all of my learners feel comfortable in my class. I have experience teaching learners of all ages with different barriers to learners and each and every learner grew their knowledge and English proficiency in my class. I use various methods to ensure that my learners are learning what is being taught. Apart from the visual materials that I use, I also use rewards to make my learners feel acknowledged when they are learning. I do not use negative words like "incorrect, wrong, bad job, etc" I rather use a positive approach by saying "good job but would you like to try again, great effort,good but maybe lets do it like this". I find that this approach keeps learners motivated and wanting to learn more rather than demotivating them. I am confident that I can meet all of my learners needs and goals regardless of the barriers, I have done it with my previous learners and I can do it again.

To make my lessons fun and easier to understand I make sure to include various visual materials, some of them include videos, pictures, charts, sing alongs, instruments, games etc. Each and very learner learns differently and I make sure to get to know each and every learner and their needs. I tailor my lessons to meet my learners goals and make sure to improve my learners English proficiency levels. I have a bubbly personality, all of my lessons are fun and interesting and learners will never be bored while they are learning.
