Also, I have 12 years of software development experience specializing in automated testing, embedded systems, and data-driven analysis. I spent nine years at Lockheed Martin and two years at Cruise, building deep expertise across embedded software, hardware-in-the-loop testing, system verification, and large-scale automation frameworks.

Interactive Learning I encourage students to think aloud, ask questions, and explore different strategies so they're not just memorizing procedures—they’re building problem-solving confidence. 5. Positive, Supportive Environment I keep the tone encouraging and patient, especially for students who may struggle. I want them to associate math with curiosity instead of frustration.
