About Victor
I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering but, during college, I developed more affinity with the area of data and development of digital applications. I've always liked sports and statistics, in addition to currently working with business management and data analysis.
I've taken several courses in Excel, VBA and Power Query, most of them online, which helped me in my development in this area. Other than that, because I had greater knowledge of these tools, it was common for me to be responsible for developing complex applications and analyzes with Excel, as is the case today (I use it almost every day).
I strongly believe in the tutoring structure, as having a tutor to help you and monitor your evolution is crucial to guaranteeing quality and accelerating learning. I say this from my own experience because, when I had a tutor, regardless of the activity, I realized that my learning was better, in addition to being a more pleasant experience. For this reason, I try to follow this line of teaching, closer to the student.
The idea of teaching came from the recommendation of friends, as I helped people with doubts several times. I also like the idea of sharing knowledge and helping others with their problems.
Finally, I see a lot of demand for courses on this topic, but, as I said, I believe that closer teaching is more efficient. So, I prefer to opt for this strategy.

The main objectives are:
✓ Offer a personalized experience, as each person is unique, with their own pace and preferences. My duty is to adapt the methodology to ensure that the student is learning
✓ Solve problems closer to the real world and student use, with the possibility of using personal materials or proposing their own projects
✓ Invest in learning in practice
✓ Focus on the fundamentals necessary to master the software, in addition to showing good practices and some “tricks” to facilitate usage
✓ Show the potential of the tools for solving various problems
Now for the basic structure:
✓ Classes can be single or continuous
✓ Duration of 50 or 90min, depending on each case
✓ Class recordings and extra materials cloud-accessible
✓ Availability outside of class to answer questions
I always try to keep a relaxed tone and collect feedback from students, both to adapt the class and to improve teaching in general.
