About Samantha

I chose a path in my education based on what inspired me. That decision got me excited about continuing my studies. I was able to study abroad twice in college. I have learned from professors, colleagues, and coworkers across the world. I have several years of experience lesson planning and teaching at Girl Scout summer camps. I was also selected to tutor classmates while in high school and college. At my current job, I am a trainer for onboarding team members. It is important to me to help others find their passions and help them reach their goals.

About the lesson

I am patient and adaptable. I was not always confident in myself in school growing up till I found teachers that put effort into helping me. I will return that favor to my students. I am a creative person. I love turning learning into activities and games. The first way I taught myself anything about geography was by playing quizzes online and watching YouTube videos. I can promise you that I will make tutoring fun and meaningful.
