About Dean

From as far back as I can remember I wanted to be in a band and play on big stages. My job has taken me all over the world and I’ve played with some incredible musicians/popstars.

I know how to get the best out of my students and how to help them achieve their goals, whether it’s to play for fun, coaching in the real world or to simply learn a song or two.

About the lesson

My approach when teaching is simple…it must be Fun!
When I first started lessons at the age of 7, I hated them, I hated the songs I played and my teacher’s approach (it was very old-fashioned).

This is the opposite to how I approach lessons with my students. The more fun you find the lessons, the more likely you are to want to practise, get better and play the songs you want to play.
