About Marwa
My name is Marwa and I am a second year Law and Government and Politics student. Though my interest runs deep in law and how our government and society deals with it, I have found confidence in teaching English Literature and Language. After my degree I hope to get my PGCE in teaching English to secondary students.

I currently work at a tuition centre where I teach English Literature from Year 9 to Year 11. Working in groups of up to five students at a table. I do also teach one to one sessions at the centre for pupils who need the extra support and attention in their writing. Through working mainly in tuition centres it has enabled me to pick up that each student learns differently and through this I can better cater myself and the materials that I produce for them.
I always like to ask the students how they learn best, however some students will not know how to answer, so I initially practice question 5 of the literature paper with them on the first lesson to not only see their writing style but to see how they approach essay questions in the exam. This allows me to know where the student lacks relevant knowledge.
