About Olga
I'm Olga, an experienced swimming coach with over 16 years of experience. As a coach, I participated in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, where my athlete became a finalist in the 100m butterfly. Whether you want to learn to swim, improve your technique, or prepare for international competitions, I can help you achieve your goals.

Example:
Lesson Plan: Beginner Swimming Lesson (Ages 5-6)
Duration:30 minutes
Introduce basic water safety and build comfort in the water with an introduction to basic swimming techniques.
1. Warm-Up (5 minutes)
Activity: Water Acclimation
Let the child splash water with hands and feet while sitting on the pool's edge.
Practice blowing bubbles in the water to build comfort with face immersion.
Goal: Get the child comfortable with the water environment.
2. Body Positioning and Floating (10 minutes)
Activity: Front and Back Floating
Assist the child in floating on their front and back with support.
Practice "starfish float" on the back to encourage relaxation.
Goal: Teach proper body alignment and balance in the water.
3. Kicking Drills (10 minutes)
Activity:** Flutter Kicking
Hold the child at the hips or use a kickboard for support.
Practice flutter kicks, ensuring the legs are straight, and the kicks are gentle.
Goal: Develop basic kicking technique and leg strength.
4. Breathing Practice (5 minutes)**
Activity:** Face-in-the-Water Breathing
Encourage the child to put their face in the water and blow bubbles.
Practice lifting the head to breathe and then return to blowing bubbles.
Goal: Build comfort with rhythmic breathing in the water.
5. Cool Down (5 minutes)
Activity:** Free Play
Allow the child some time to play and explore the water with minimal instruction.
Use pool toys to make the experience enjoyable.
Goal: End the lesson positively, reinforcing the child’s comfort and enjoyment in the water.
