About Hailey
"Since completing my Master of Music in Music Performance at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, I have wondered how many students dream of playing the violin? Having taught 277 students over 13 years, I notice that the path from absolute beginner to performance level requires great patience. My role involves guiding kids and adults through the intricacies of classical repertoire.
It is rewarding to see someone grasp the mechanics of double stops after a long period of study. Helping people find their musical voice is the part of this job that I find most enjoyable."

"Do you want to know how your posture and hold affects your sound? I use my 13 years of experience to ensure your bowing technique and rhythm and timing are precise. Because of my degree, I emphasize ear training and shifting positions in a way that feels natural for you. It is often surprising to see how quickly students improve when they focus on these fundamentals.
We work on vibrato as a core element of your expression. I love how these complex technical pieces eventually turn into beautiful music."
