About Sandra
I have experience working with Secondary 1 and 2 students through a non-profit organization, where I helped conduct lessons and supported students in their learning.
Through this experience, I have gained exposure to teaching students with different learning abilities and adapting my explanations and teaching methods according to their needs.
I focus on building a strong foundation in key concepts, encouraging students to ask questions, and helping them develop greater confidence and independence in their learning.
I am now in my third year coaching PSLE students, with experience teaching Mathematics, Science and Chinese.
100% of the students from my first PSLE batch achieved AL3 or better.
In 2024, I taught 5 P6 students. In 2025, I taught 11 P6 students, and in 2026, I have taught an additional 8 P6 students. This gives me experience teaching 24 P6 students across three years, with a strong focus on PSLE preparation.
In addition to regular tuition, I have also been involved with a non-profit organization, where I helped conduct a P6 crash course program for Mathematics and Science, supporting students through intensive revision and examination preparation.
I have also supported the organization's learning and teaching program for Secondary 1 and 2 students, gaining experience in conducting lessons and engaging students in a group learning environment.
My teaching approach focuses on identifying each student's individual weaknesses, breaking down difficult concepts into simpler steps, and providing targeted practice to strengthen their understanding. I believe in helping students build both academic confidence and independent learning skills, rather than simply relying on memorization.
