Taekwondo is not just a game of kicks and punches; it's also a medium to learn
How to control your body, mind, and your thoughts and how to become disciplined.
The method I am teaching to students is
Not so strict but disciplined. At training time, I will be a coach, but after training, I will be the friend of my students, a friend who helps them to decide which path they have to choose, which path is right or wrong, and I think this is very necessary in their life to find success.
