About Sisodia
I am a busy person just like you, but when I started Zumba and Steppers , I discovered my love for it and passion to train. Started as a student only and gradually became a trainer.
It’s what make you forget everything and enjoy the moment with good music, good easy moves and great results , just by eating good throughout the week and being persistent in routine on weekends.

Beginner batch for women on weekends 9am:
10 min warm up
20 min exercise
10 min relaxing yoga (for 1st 20 Particpants)
Don’t stress too much and devote 30 min on weekends and start your rejuvenation journey with a smile and stress of doing it daily in your busy schedule .
