About Julia
Hello! I am a practising counsellor working in an integrative approach with a focus on psychosomatic issues and anxiety.
I help people understand the connection between their emotional state and physical symptoms, as well as work through anxiety, stress, emotional burnout, and inner tension. In my practice, I often support clients who experience physical reactions to stress and want to better understand what is happening within them.
My approach is based on person-centred therapy. I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. I do not give direct advice; instead, I help you develop self-awareness, understand your patterns, and find your own solutions.

I work in a person-centred and integrative way, which means I adapt each session to what feels most relevant for you. We may explore your current challenges, emotional patterns, and the connection between your mind and body, particularly in relation to anxiety and psychosomatic symptoms.
Sessions are conversational rather than structured like traditional lessons. I will support you through active listening, reflection, and gentle guidance, helping you develop self-awareness and find your own answers rather than giving direct advice.
We will work at your pace, with respect for your boundaries. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and more connected to yourself, while gradually building confidence and emotional resilience.

I want to share my experience of getting rid of insomnia and improving sleep quality through the basic algorithm of neurographica. I have been suffering from insomnia since I was 17 years old after a traumatic experience. I am 45 now and I sleep all my life with headphones that muffle extraneous noises, because every sound wakes me up. Naturally, this disrupts my cognitive abilities and quality of life. In order to fall asleep, I often have to drink several different sleeping pills at the same time.
As you know, sleep disorders are unresolved internal conflicts. In the brain, problem-solving processes do not stop even at night and a person cannot relax and get a good night's sleep.
I decided to work this out with neurographica. Julia took the main algorithm, I wrote the topic “insomnia”, then wrote 20 words that came to mind in 2 minutes and made a chaotic emotional scribbling according to the algorithm. The scribbling turned out to be sharp, ragged, which indicates the severity of the conflict.
Already during the drawing, my back ached sharply, where it had never been ached. It was the deeply repressed emotions that began to come out. The next day, I seemed to get sick. The feeling of heat in the body, but without temperature. Runny nose, sore throat.
I wasn’t scared, because I know from experience that this is how the body gets rid of accumulated stress.
Two days have passed. My back doesn't hurt, my condition is better, and most importantly, sleep has improved! The sleep became longer and deeper.
The number of hours of sleep has increased and the amount of deep sleep has increased.
I am really grateful to Julia as she gave me this method and supported me throughout the session gently leading through the process.I had my first Neurographic therapy session with Julia on Friday, and already can see the results at a personal level. Julia took me through in steps what needed to be focused on during the session, and with this came BIG realisations as to where I had been stuck within my self at a core level. This has given me the awareness to move on from something that had been holding me back in my life around confidence.
The session was so therapeutic and gave me time to focus and process what has been going on for me, not only with pen to paper, but with talking about what is coming up for me around what I wanted to work on.
I would definitely recommend Neurographic Therpay and am looking forward to our next session where I can delve deeper.
Julia had a calm and open energy about her, and is really easy to communicate with.
I felt a big release of emotions when coming out of the session and over the weekend after, and believe this has helped me to go forward somewhat, to the next level of my life.
