I’m a Health and Fitness Coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness space, and the last three years focused specifically on pre and postnatal fitness—a path inspired by my own journey as a mom of two. After going through the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the chaos of parenting, I discovered just how powerful fitness can be—not just for how you look, but for how you feel. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other parents feel strong, confident, and energized, in ways that truly fit their lives. My mission is to support you in building a body that works for you—not against you—so you can show up as your best self for both yourself and your family.

My Approach as a Personal Trainer
I create individualized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. There’s no one-size-fits-all method here—whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or juggling life as a busy parent, your plan is yours alone. I prioritize proper form, sustainable progress, and realistic routines that support long-term health and energy.
There is no typical fitness plan—because every session is built around where you are today. Some days we focus on rebuilding strength or core stability; other days it’s mobility, endurance, or simply moving in a way that feels good. Each session is designed with purpose, flexibility, and results in mind.
I’m not just a trainer—I’m a mom of two who understands how chaotic, exhausting, and beautiful this stage of life can be. I help prenatal moms stay strong and feel empowered during pregnancy, with a focus on preparing the body for labor and recovery. I support postnatal moms with gentle, effective healing and rebuilding. And I help busy parents, moms and dads, find time-efficient ways to move and feel better—without adding stress to their plates.
