About Dr Prastuti
My name is Dr. Prastuti. I spent many years working closely with patients in a clinical setting, which taught me how deeply our daily habits, stress levels, and lifestyle choices affect our overall health. Over time, I felt called to support people in a more holistic way, guiding them not just medically, but through sustainable routines, mindful movement, and healthier behavior patterns. Today, as a Health and Wellness Coach and certified Yoga Teacher, I help individuals create balanced, realistic habits that improve their energy, well-being, and daily life. My approach is calm, supportive, and practical, built on years of real experience working with people and understanding their challenges. I look forward to helping you build a healthier and more intentional lifestyle.

My approach as a teacher is rooted in my background as Dr Prastuti, a clinically trained health and wellness coach, yoga teacher, and former dentist. I teach by combining science-backed wellness methods with simple, practical tools that students can use every day. My focus is on habit formation, behavior change, and sustainable lifestyle improvement. I believe real transformation happens through small, consistent actions rather than drastic changes, so my teaching style is supportive, realistic, and gentle, especially for beginners.
In my sessions, I use methods drawn from habit psychology, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and clinical understanding. Students learn not only what to do, but why it works, and how to integrate the practices into busy schedules. I personalize every class to the student’s goals, whether they want to reduce stress, sleep better, improve routine, increase energy, or build healthier habits.

I joined Prastuti's yoga classes as a beginner mainly for relaxation, and it has been a really good experience. She initially conducted a few trial classes so that one could get comfortable and understand yoga before committing, which I found very thoughtful.
She is very kind, patient, and teaches at a pace that beginners can easily follow. Her instructions are always clear, and she makes sure everyone is comfortable while learning.
She showed me the improvement in my poses over time, that I myself hadn’t even noticed. It felt very motivating and encouraging.
