About Benfang
I was born in a family with traditions in traditional Chinese medicine, which I am deeply interested in. In the last two years, I finally came to understand the amazing healing power of whole foods plant-based diet free from sugar, oil, and salt. Such diet promotes health, and prevents, reverts, and even cures many chronic diseases, such as heart diseases, diabetes, as well as autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Such diet is especially effective in helping people achieve optimum weight without having to engage in strenuous physical exercises. I also personally greatly benefit from such diets. Therefore I wish to share this diet with more and more people.

And I will help them come up with a feasible plan that is sustainable.
