About Nordhal
With nearly 10 years of experience in the culinary industry, I’ve progressed through multiple roles up to sous-chef level, gaining strong skills in kitchen management, team training, and organization. I’m comfortable leading a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
I also have solid knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards, which I apply consistently in both professional and teaching environments.

I’m a professionally trained chef who worked my way up to sous-chef in a fine dining restaurant, and I now focus on nutrition, performance, and everyday healthy eating.
Through my own journey, I’ve combined cooking skills with a more fitness-oriented lifestyle, allowing me to lose weight, build muscle, and maintain a sustainable way of eating without sacrificing taste.
I offer practical nutrition coaching through cooking:
• How to reduce unnecessary fats while keeping flavor
• How to prioritize protein and fiber for better energy and satiety
• How to build balanced, satisfying meals for everyday life
