I like to try different types of teaching methods, this helps me to understand more about what kind of approach suit my students the most. For example, during my student exchange days in Korea, I tutored spoken English to some of my Korean friends in exchange for cultural experiences. Once in a while, I assigned them to watch a movie so that we can continue to have a movie discussion. This method helps them to speak more spontaneously and naturally.
