About Katelyn
I am so excited to work with each and every one of you! I am currently a student at California State Fresno University where I am majoring in Animal Science, and am pursuing my dreams in becoming an Agricultural Science teacher. I have tutored English specifically for two years, and I truly have a passion for all things that are included within the English subject. I aspire to help each and every one of my students reach their academic goals, and be satisfied with their efforts and work! I truly enjoy what I do, and I am excited for my next tutoring job!

I have tutored for two years now and worked specifically with middle school students. I like to keep my lessons within one hour as multiple one-hour sessions tend to show better results than one really long session. I like to play games, and create different interactive worksheets and lessons online for my students as it not only engages them with the lesson, but it keeps them entertained and involved. A typical lesson plan consists of about ten minutes of 'warm-ups" or interactive games to get the students' brains ready to learn and about 45 minutes for the actual lesson. Each session will be different as I teach in a progressive and inclusive manner. I want all of my students to exceed in their learning abilities and will challenge my students to reach their full potential!
