About Anusha
Hello! I am a licensed Physiotherapist with a Master's degree in Orthopedics and over 5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and patient care. My professional background includes working with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, chronic pain, balance disorders, and vestibular rehabilitation, allowing me to combine strong academic knowledge with practical clinical expertise.
I am passionate about teaching and helping students develop a clear understanding of physiotherapy concepts. My approach is patient, supportive, and focused on building confidence through simplified explanations, clinical examples, and evidence-based learning. I believe that understanding the "why" behind a concept is just as important as learning the theory itself.
As a practicing clinician, I stay updated with current research and modern rehabilitation approaches, ensuring that my students receive accurate and relevant knowledge. My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and focused on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than memorization. I simplify complex physiotherapy topics using diagrams, clinical examples, case-based discussions, and evidence-based explanations. I encourage students to ask questions freely and actively participate in the learning process to improve their clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
A typical class begins with a brief review of previous concepts, followed by focused teaching on the selected topic. I use real-life clinical scenarios to connect theory with practice and conclude each session with discussion, revision, and doubt clarification. Depending on the student's needs, classes may include exam preparation, case studies, assignment support, research guidance, or dissertation assistance.
What makes me unique as a teacher is my combination of academic knowledge and current clinical experience. As a practicing physiotherapist, I help students understand not only what to learn but also how to apply it in clinical settings.
