Hi, I’m Jacob! I’m an English youth tutor who helps other young people improve their language skills. I believe learning should be engaging and accessible, so I focus on making lessons clear, practical, and enjoyable. Whether it’s breaking down grammar rules, refining writing skills, or boosting reading comprehension, I love seeing my students grow in confidence. As a youth tutor, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the power of patience and adaptability. Every student learns differently, and it’s my job to meet them where they are, whether that means breaking down complex ideas into simple terms or finding creative ways to keep them engaged. I’ve realized that teaching isn’t just about delivering information—it’s about building confidence, encouraging curiosity, and creating a space where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. Seeing someone finally grasp a concept they struggled with is a rewarding experience that reminds me why I do this.
