This is Rishi and I am a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) trainer having being competed in State and National level tournaments for Wushu and Kickboxing and I will be training you guys to improving your combat skills while increasing your strength side by side.

In MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) I have striking background in form of Muay Thai (its a type of striking martial art) so you will be learning muay thai training for the striking part.
To compensate the striking I'll also be teaching you all how to grapple and for that you all will be learning jiu jutsu (A type of grappling martial art).
Apart from training Martial arts I'll also be teaching strength and conditioning exercises since its important for combat and diet/ nutrition as well.
These classes are intended for teens and adults both.
