About Manpreet
After spending 17+ years in corporate, working with different teams across India, Canada, the UK, and the USA, I decided to transition into full-time coaching and training last year. Why? Here's the backstory. Life doesnโt always go as planned; in my case, it hardly ever did. I faced major personal and professional setbacks. The bright side is that they could never stop me; in fact, every time I met with an adversity, I dealt with it head-on and emerged from it stronger and better. To put it briefly, those powerful and transformative experiences led me to understand my true self and discover my true calling (๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ณ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ด๐ฆ) โ helping people move from ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ and eventually get UNSTUCK, the way I did for myself. Today, as a certified Life & Purpose Coach and a Trainer, I empower my clients so they can create and live a life for themselves that they absolutely love. I help my clients: a) Navigate career and life transitions with clarity and courage. b) Identify their purpose and align it with their ambitions.

The USP of my coaching framework is that it has come from me experiencing and successfully overcoming challenges in MY OWN LIFE.
I strongly believe that we all have to go through challenges (like it or not) from time to time, but we don't have to figure everything out ALONE. With me being on your side, together, we can make your ordeals shorter and less exhausting and, most importantly, "purposeful."
My coaching style is not only deep and insightful but also action-oriented. Because results come only through required and consistent actions.

Details
The cost (per hour) mentioned is for "per week" which includes:
a) One live, personalised 90 min session (online) per week
b) Activities/assignments for the week based on your unique requirements
c) Accountability and handholding on my end (every other day) for guidance and support
Apart from 1:1 individual coaching, I also offer the following services:
1) High-impact Corporate Sessions/ Workshops
2) Motivational/Keynote Speech Sessions
NOTE: The first discovery call is free. All the sessions after that will be paid.
