About Jennifer

I am a health worker, yoga instructor, I have a group who help depressed people, bipolar disorder, dysthymia and other mental disorders. I am good with children, teens and older people. I also teach arts and crafts and English language

About the lesson

My teaching method is broad because every student is different. Some people are open to share their problems hence communication, listening and understanding is very important while others find it difficult to do that
In some classes I'll try and distract them and have their mind on other things. It helps alot
