About Agnieszka

My name is Agnieszka, and I have nearly 30 years of hands-on experience working with high-conflict relationships, toxic dynamics, and communication under emotional pressure. I am the creator of an original 3-step communication method, “The Conversation That Cannot Be Shouted Down,” developed to help people regain control in conversations with narcissistic and toxic individuals. I also developed practical strategies for negotiation and conflict communication, based on understanding how power, pressure, and fear operate in real interactions. I understand these dynamics not only professionally, but personally. I have experienced manipulation, psychological pressure, and Stockholm syndrome in a relational context, and I know why advice such as *“pull yourself together,” “just leave,” or “move on” does not work when fear and conditioning are involved. Through my work, students learn to recognize how the energy of psychological pressure and coercion is created, how it affects speech and decision-making, and how to respond without freezing, appeasing, or losing themselves. As a result, they gain greater clarity, confidence, and stability in conversations that previously felt overwhelming. I work ethically, professionally, and with full respect for individual boundaries. My focus is on helping people move from fear-driven reactions to calm, self-directed, and effective communication.

My sessions focus on real, measurable results: speaking clearly instead of freezing, setting boundaries without fear, and staying in control during conversations with narcissistic or toxic individuals.

I work directly with fear responses that block expression. We identify the exact source of fear, understand why your voice disappears in confrontation, and train how to respond despite fear, not after it is gone. The goal is simple: you say what matters, when it matters, without losing yourself.

I use my original 3-step method, “The Conversation That Cannot Be Shouted Down,” which teaches how to stay grounded, stop manipulation from escalating, and communicate with authority even under emotional pressure. Clients learn how to interrupt toxic dynamics and change their position in the conversation.

Each session is practical and applied to real situations you are facing right now. You leave with clear strategies, ready-to-use responses, and increased confidence in both personal and professional relationships.

With nearly 30 years of experience in high-conflict dynamics, I help adults move from fear-driven reactions to calm, effective communication and lasting relational change.

Many people try to be “assertive” by saying things like:
“I think you’re raising your children the wrong way,” or “I think you need to get it together.”
Even though these may sound like personal opinions, in practice they are often received as an attack, a judgment, or an attempt to dominate.

In relationships where there is tension, fear, or a power imbalance, statements like these almost always trigger defensiveness, aggression, or blame-shifting. Not because someone “can’t take criticism,” but because the nervous system registers the message as a threat.

In my sessions, we learn to tell the difference between:

what assertiveness really is, and

aggression dressed up in calm words.

We work on how to speak about difficult topics without hurting others, without provoking escalation, and without losing yourself. The point is not whether you are “right,” but whether what you say leads to safety and real change—rather than another fight.

In a safe, structured space, I show why common advice like “just say how you feel” or “be direct” often doesn’t work—and how to build messages that protect your boundaries without triggering aggression on the other side.

That is the difference we practice step by step:
how to tell the truth in a way that doesn’t damage you or the relationship.
