As a digital mentor, I deliver tailored vocational computer literacy lessons and digital safety support to seniors and community groups. I specialise in helping older Australians and digitally vulnerable individuals build confidence in using smart devices, accessing online services securely, and understanding common online risks such as scams and privacy breaches. My sessions cover topics including email use, app navigation, device settings, online banking safety, and connecting with family through social media and video calls.
I support community organisations with digital capacity-building through training on secure file management, basic cybersecurity practices, and navigating government portals. I assist in setting up new devices, ensuring accessibility features are enabled, and troubleshooting connectivity or usability issues.
Collaborating with local groups throughout Regional Australia, I bridge the digital divide, empowering and enhance the wellbeing of regional and remote community members
