About Aman
I am a patient and friendly tutor who enjoys helping students understand math, especially algebra. I know that many students struggle with algebra because the concepts can seem confusing at first. My goal is to make math simple by explaining each step clearly and using easy examples.
My teaching style focuses on breaking problems into small steps so students can understand how to solve them with confidence. I also encourage students to ask questions and practice together until they feel comfortable.
What makes me different is that I focus on building confidence while learning. I believe every student can improve in math with the right explanation, patience, and support.

In algebra, we often need to find the value of a variable (like x). A variable is a letter that represents an unknown number. Our goal is to isolate the variable so we can find its value.
Example equation:
x + 5 = 12
Step 1: Understand the goal
We want to get x by itself on one side of the equation.
Step 2: Do the opposite operation
The equation adds 5 to x, so we do the opposite operation: subtract 5 from both sides.
Step 3: Solve
12 − 5 = 7, so the value of x is 7.
Check the answer by putting it back into the equation:
7 + 5 = 12
