About Aline
I have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy in Brazil. Pilates and Functional training certification as well as several workshops and other courses which I have been studying every year. I am always looking for ways to learn new skills to improve the way I teach and the manner I can help my clients.

With more than 10 years of experience working with Pilates, I teach women to understand how their body works. I also teach how pain works so they can learn different techniques to improve their mental and physical health. My sessions usually include mindfulness techniques, flexibility, mobility, strengthening, and functional exercises. Here you’ll see your Pilates practice achieving another level.
