About Phemelo
Hello everyone, my name is Phemelo and welcome to our classroom. I’m 24 years old and I was born in North West, South Africa. I’m excited to share my experience teaching English online. With more than 4 years of experience, I've developed a student-centered approach that focuses on engagement, interaction, and personalized feedback. I've worked with various online platforms and have adapted to new technologies to ensure seamless instruction. When planning lessons, I consider students' needs, interests, and learning styles. I use a range of materials and resources to promote language learning and cultural awareness. To manage my time effectively, I prioritize tasks, set clear goals, and maintain open communication with students. Building rapport with students online is crucial, and I achieve this by being approachable, responsive, and empathetic. I encourage feedback, address technical issues promptly, and foster a positive learning environment. I'm passionate about teaching English online and committed to ongoing professional development. I'm excited about the opportunity to join your team and contribute my skills and experience to delivering high-quality online instruction.

I know that learning English can be a very challenging experience, but I want you to know that in this classroom we are all about learning English with confidence, and there is absolutely no harm in making mistakes because by making those mistakes we get to learn and grow through them.
