Hello! I’m a passionate yoga enthusiast and instructor dedicated to helping students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. As a 9th grader, I believe in the power of yoga to improve both physical health and mental well-being, and I strive to share that with my students. My classes focus on providing a holistic experience, combining breathing techniques, asanas (poses), and meditation to help you achieve your fitness and mindfulness goals. I aim to create a calming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable at every stage of your practice, whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your skills. Yoga is more than just physical practice—it’s about finding balance and peace within yourself. Let’s work together to build a stronger, more relaxed you!

My yoga classes are designed to help students develop flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity through a series of carefully structured poses and techniques.
Class Structure
Warm-Up – Gentle stretches to prepare the body for more intense movements.
Asanas (Poses) – Focused practice of different yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility.
Breathing Techniques – Incorporating pranayama (breath control) to calm the mind and energize the body.
Cool Down – Relaxing stretches to ease tension and promote relaxation.
Meditation/Focus – Ending the session with mindfulness to enhance mental clarity and peace.
