I am a psychology-informed depth coach with a background in clinical psychology, supporting people who feel overwhelmed by overthinking, emotional intensity, or loss of direction.
My work is guided by four core values: authenticity, compassion, playfulness, and self-acceptance.
Authenticity means we work with what is real, not who you think you should be. Compassion means your struggles are met with understanding rather than judgment. Playfulness brings lightness and curiosity into deep work. Self-acceptance creates the stability needed for genuine change.
In our sessions, we work with mind, emotions, and body together through reflective dialogue, somatic awareness, and conscious self-inquiry, grounded in psychology and neuroscience. This is not therapy or quick-fix coaching, but structured self-exploration that respects your pace.
I work best with thoughtful, sensitive individuals who value depth, honesty, and practical tools they can apply in daily life.

If you feel lost, disconnected, or unsure about your direction in life, these coaching sessions are specialy designed to support you in exploring who you are beneath roles, expectations, and external pressure. We work with inner conflicts, values, and patterns to help you reconnect with meaning and make choices that feel aligned.

-Exploring recurring themes through reflective inquiry and symbolic understanding
-Reconnecting with a sense of purpose and inner coherence

My approach is based on integrative depth coaching drawing from Jungian psychology, embodied awareness, and conscious self-inquiry.
