About Nomfundo
I am deeply passionate about helping people get fit and stay motivated on their fitness journey.
I am a certified personal trainer specializing in developing simple and effective training routines for busy clients who can’t spend an hour at the gym several times per week. I was overweight and struggled with eating disorders for most of my life, but fitness has given me a purpose, helped me get in shape, and transformed my life. My mission is to share my knowledge and help others lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. I am an independent Herbalife coach, I have been in the industry for 2 years, with Herbalife really changed my life

I offer cardio workouts for abs ( slim tummy ) and glutes. I normally run 3 weeks challenge for 400 squats and flat tummy challenges for my clients to see results fast after 3 weeks and give them meal plan and nutrition products( 80% nutrition and 20% workouts) therefore, my clients see results after 3 weeks for abs and glutes
