Classically trained in voice and the oboe from private lessons in high school was in many honor bands taken some guitar lessons but mainly self taught .Skilled at writing original songs and lyrics was in band in junior high and high school and choir in high school and college and had some private voice training.

Played oboe in Junior high and high school band was the best player in the state of Mississippi my senior year had 8 scholarship offers to college sang in church choir in junior high and high school and 1 semester in college was a soloist and in the men's quartet.Have been the leader sing and rythmn guitar player in several band over the years have written many original songs on guitar with lyrics
