Methodology

My teaching method is..base on the basic technique that using a manual without any other advances equipment or utensil, improve the students skill form home cook to a professional skill, Hygiene,Safety and food handling and also (Appetizer, main course and dessert production) not only based on western and also the locals one

Experience

i am tutor in one of private college in Pahang..i’ve learned and study in culinary art and joined a few competition that improved an example (IKA CULINARY OLYMPIC in stuttgart Germany),(ACC ASIAN CULINARY CHALLENGE) and (WORLD SKILL MALAYSIA) I’ve been working for almost 2 years in one of the restaurant under hyatt hotel..
