About Maximilian
Yes, it's true that I'm only 18 years old, which also puts many people off at first, because of course prejudices quickly arise.
However, I have heard many times that I am more mature mentally and I would like you to get an idea of this as well. As I said, I will show myself 100% naturally, maybe you too and then see what comes around.
In addition, I came up with my main topics "fitness and mental health/strength" at the time, because I was a little fat boy who dealt with bullying and had a totally distorted self-image.
I couldn't handle girls, had no confidence and was far from happy with myself. Until one day I decided to change and that's how the journey started. That's why I've been dealing with it ever since and I'm constantly growing with my suitable profession :)

I'm so glad that I've dealt with my physical as well as psychological sides to be able to say that my course will only run on a 100% authentic basis.
Plus, because I'm still so young, I don't just want to teach you tips and tricks, I would also be very happy to get to know you a little better and maybe take one or the other tip from you with me.
But my main focus is of course on helping you with things like creating a training plan or nutrition plan, answering questions or simply giving my opinion on a topic.
