About Sophia
I am currently studying for a BA in English literature at the University of Exeter. I have a lot of experience in childcare having worked at summer camps and as Classroom Assistant at a primary school. As an A-level student I offered reading help for younger students to help improve their reading age. I am also DBS checked and have received safeguarding training and so I would also be especially willing to work with students with learning disabilities.

My approach is very practical and 'hands on.' I give lessons to primary school students from any year and also Secondary School students in Year 7 or 8. The lesson structure will be based largely on what the student wants or needs to cover. My main aim is to find fun and inspirational ways to teach so that the student develops a passion for that subject.
