About Rhea
I am a high school student, and athlete who loves sports and loves fitness so much. I would love to help you foster that same love for fitness as I do, as it really elevates your body image, physical health, as well as mental health!
I am young as a high school student and I want to be a partner alongside changing your body. I have experience with a fitness-academic balance and understand how it feels to be at stage/age of life.
I was born in Ireland, and am an expat as I have been moving internationally my whole life. From Ireland I went to Kenya, then Sweden, Romania, and I am currently staying in Malaysia.

My approach consists of 3 parts, all dependent and tailored to the level of fitness of my client. Those are;
Assessment and Goal Setting: This is the stage where we both, together can find out where you are regarding your fitness levels. Here is where we work together to create some SMART goals for your fitness journey... Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Based. For example, "By January 1st I want to be able to comfortably run 3k in 15 minutes"
Progressive Training Program: Each session as your fitness levels increase, the sessions will be tailored to you specifically, and you can give me feedback every time for our next session. I am highly experienced in, strength training (abs, arms, legs), as well as cardio, calisthenics, and endurance.
Nutrition: This can be optional. If you are willing to go the extra mile, I can also assist you in creating a diet tuned to you and your body and goals.
I am very athletic, playing sports like, cross country, football, touch rugby, and even badminton. Ever since I started my gym and fitness journey 2 years ago, I have learned a lot and had a fresh take on fitness for many bodies, by also having fitness classes too.
Each session will be about 40-60 minutes long. I am willing to teach people of any age, however I am most experienced with people from ages 10-18
