About Abby
I'm a current senior at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. I am happy to offer tutoring in a variety of subjects including math (up to precalculus), English/reading, SAT/ACT prep, and college application mentoring. I have a GPA of 4.7, scored a 32 on my ACT, and would love to help your child prepare for their academic future. I currently assist multiple peers in subjects such as physics and calculus. Additionally, I am a peer coordinated counselor at my school, meaning I assist my peers in creating college applications and interviewing with admissions representatives.

I am happy to give lessons to elementary through high school students. My preferred grade range is 6th-12th grade. Students always learn better when in a positive environment, so I will always remain patient and provide constructive feedback. I believe students learn best through working through example problems. My goal will be to teach them key concepts, work with them through example/homework problems, and reinforce strong study and organization habits.
