About Audrey
Hi! I'm Audrey, an honors high school sophomore with a 4.0 unweighted GPA and a strong academic background in Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus. I take a personalized approach to tutoring, tailoring each session to fit the student's unique learning style and pace. My goal is to help students gain confidence through a strong understanding of concepts so they can excel in math. Since I have recently mastered these subjects myself, I understand the common challenges students face and I am able to explain these concepts in a clear and relatable way. I am dedicated, patient, and passionate about helping students build real understanding. My lessons are ideal for middle school and high school students who need on-demand support for math test preparation.

A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous knowledge points required to understand the target concept, followed by a focus on the target concept or problem area with step-by-step explanations and examples. I strongly encourage active problem-solving and understanding rather than memorization of steps and processes. What sets me apart is that I have recently mastered the material myself, so I am very familiar with the areas that students often find most challenging, and I am able to explain them in a way that would make sense to someone unfamiliar with that specific area. My lessons are most ideal for middle school and high school students who need on-demand support in math for test preparation.
