  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    My journey in the fitness industry began six years ago when I was looking to transform my own life. As someone who struggled with weight, I found solace in gym workouts and yoga. Over time, my passion for fitness grew, and I realized I wanted to help others achieve their health goals. This realization led me to work in a gym, where I gained valuable experience teaching personal and group classes. Pursuing a master's in yogic sciences further deepened my understanding, and now, I'm proud to share my knowledge through online sessions.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My motivation stems from seeing the positive impact fitness and yoga have had on my life. I'm driven by the desire to empower others to prioritize their health and well-being. Teaching allows me to share my expertise and inspire others to adopt a balanced lifestyle. I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.
  • How does your work help society?

    Through my work, I aim to contribute to a healthier society. By teaching yoga and fitness, I help individuals develop a positive relationship with their bodies and minds. This, in turn, can lead to improved overall well-being and a more balanced lifestyle. My goal is to educate and motivate others to prioritize their health.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My role model is Ashish Rautela, a professional bodybuilder and lifestyle coach who introduced me to this field. I admire his dedication to his clients and the positive impact he's had on my life. His clients' appreciation and success stories are a testament to his expertise and passion.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of teaching, I enjoy cooking. It's a creative outlet that allows me to experiment with new recipes and flavors. I find joy in preparing healthy meals that nourish both body and soul.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One memorable experience that stands out is seeing my students achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's mastering a challenging pose or reaching a new personal best, their successes motivate me to continue doing what I do. It's moments like these that remind me of the impact of my work and the importance of supporting others on their fitness journey.
