About Casey
My passion for health and exercise started from the age of ten years old. I participated competitively in football, badminton, rugby and also cross country. Once I finished sixth form in 2011, I wanted to steer my career in a direction where I combine my love for fitness and helping people. So, I decided to become a personal trainer. For the past 2 years, I also have competed in white-collar boxing; this is something I love to do to keep up with my personal development. I also do this to maintain a positive mental and physical well-being.
