About Charlie
When I’m not tutoring, I’m often outdoors, embracing challenges—whether it’s playing rugby (I captained the University of Bath 1st team and played for England Students) or tackling a tough hike. I’m passionate about pushing myself in both sports and academics, and I bring that same energy and enthusiasm to my tutoring. Typical Length of a Lesson:
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, allowing enough time to explore topics in depth while keeping the session engaging and productive. For more complex subjects, we may extend the lesson if needed or break it into multiple sessions.
Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor:
I hold a First-Class BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Bath and have achieved A* & A grades in A-Level and GCSE Biology and Chemistry. I also have over six years of experience in healthcare and coaching, where I developed strong people and coaching skills. My experience educating healthcare professionals on scientific topics gives me a solid foundation for tutoring students in science-based subjects.
