The approach to study dedicated in these lessons is mainly on freestyle (improvisation), therefore on the development of "FLOW". The lessons are designed to work on and develop creativity, musicality, coordination, control, endurance ... in short, awareness of one's body, one's movement and one's emotions, thoughts.
All to teach how to dance in a natural and not artificial, mechanical way, as often happens.
