About Hetty
I am a History Graduate from Durham University (2.1) where I specialised in Modern European & British History, alongside being a professional Theatre Director. I achieved 2 A* and 1 A in History, Religious Studies & Drama at A Level, having achieved 100% in all four Religious Studies modules. I achieved 9 A* and 2 As at GCSE including A*s in Maths, English, Chemistry, Biology & Physics.
I have extensive experience working with young people as a theatre facilitator as well as a tutor/nanny.

I can offer History, Religious Studies & Drama tutoring up to A Level, English & Geography to GCSE level as well as Maths to KS3.
I am a friendly, openminded & enthusiastic teacher. I like to get to know the individual pupil and specialise their needs. I prioritise clarity of explanation when communicating, and work to target strengths and weaknesses that we can build from and make the learning process as productive as possible.
