About Liv
History is a personal passion of mine, and has been since primary school. My academic record of achieving grade 8 at GCSE and an A at A Level has led me to take history at degree level. I want to inspire the same love in my students and help them achieve the best in the subject.
My personal area of interest is modern British politics, from the 1950s-1990s. However I have studied wide arrays of periods including: The Peoples Health, Nazi Germany, the Norman Conquest, the making of American and the unification of Italy.

My lessons will be tailored to you, from going over flash cards, to explaining time lines and historical facts, or even going as far to challenge students with the discussion of historiography and historical debates, my aim is to help you understand history.
As well as this I aim to help you look at history in a more critical manner, something which will in turn deliver marks in an exam setting.
